Professional Experience

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, experience is the “practical knowledge, skill, or practice derived from direct observation of or participation in events or in a particular activity.” Specifically, what is my background that could be transferable to your organization?

I have had roles in different career fields, but my vocation and mission have remained constant. My goal is to make life easier by getting rid of wasted time, improving processes, and introducing efficiency. Whether I am in a ‘management’ position or not, I am a leader looking to build up the teams around me.
