The process of finding solutions to difficult or complex issues. 1) Define the problem. 2) Generate alternative solutions. 3) Evaluate and select an alternative. 4) Implement and follow up on the solution.

Let me be your liaison between the Business and IT. I can help align with the vision, mission, and objectives. Communicating and ensuring all are on the same page and moving to the same destination as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Cat Herding

Let's face it. When you are leading highly motivated, intelligent, cross-functional teams with differing priorities, it sometimes feels like you are herding cats. So you need someone who can handle that, and it also helps if they like cats, too. 


I am the instigator of #Hi5Thurs. Sometimes we all need a pick-me-up to get us excited and through the day. If you are on my team, all the way up to the C-Suite, your Thursday will start off right with a high-five from me. Tenacious work ethic and having fun is NOT mutually exclusive. So don't fight it, have some FUN!!
